Dear families,
At St Mary’s, we are blessed with a team of dedicated staff who go above and beyond to ensure every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to learn. Their commitment extends well beyond the classroom. Whether it's preparing engaging lessons, offering extra support during lunchtime, or simply taking the time to check in with students who need a little encouragement, our staff consistently demonstrate how much they care.
A wonderful opportunity to connect with your child’s teacher will be coming up in early Term 3 during our Parent-Teacher Interviews. These interviews provide a valuable chance to discuss your child’s progress, celebrate achievements, and explore any areas where they may need further support.
Each year, we carefully review the timing of these interviews to ensure they take place when they will have the greatest impact on student learning. While early Term 3 gives teachers a well-rounded view of each student’s development, we always welcome ongoing communication. If you ever have concerns or would like to discuss your child’s learning or wellbeing at any point during the year, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your child’s teacher or a member of our leadership team.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership in your child’s education.
Kind regards,
Julian

To celebrate student's achievements, we will be presenting children with Star Of The Week awards. This is a self nominated award of something a student is proud of. It could be something academic, sports related, or a personal achievement. Have you learnt to ride a bike? Won 1st place in a dance competition? Read a book by yourself? Anything that makes you proud!
Forms can be found on the link below.
The P&F are again running a fantastic disco for the students at the end of this term. It will be sure to be a great night and lots of fun!
Use the link below for all information relating to the night and to purchase tickets. Also, can you please let us know if you are able to stay and help supervise or cook sausages as we will need some parent helpers for the event to go ahead.
