What a day! Congratulations to all our students on their efforts at Cross Country. Every student did an amazing job running such a long distance.
Congratulations to Curran House on winning the shield this year.

It was so great seeing so many families come along and support the students.

A big thank you to all the parents and teachers who helped out - your help was greatly appreciated. And thanks to our P&F Committee for running the BBQ.

Cross Country

Cross Country was at the Maffra football oval/basketball stadium last Friday. All students had to run different distances: Grade 5/6  had to run 3 km, Grade 3/4  2km & Prep to grade 2, 1km. The  event was awesome. The people in each house cheered everyone on, and it had a positive effect and set the day for success. The day was just a great success, from the splendid weather, participating students to the awesome parent support!  Everyone ran and had a fun time, this was great to see. Curran  were the eventual House winners, but it was a close race to take out the Shield. We would like to thank all the teachers, especially Mrs Stobie for organising a great Cross Country day. We would also like to thank the parents for supporting us on the day and the the students for their participation.
