PE with Mrs Bec Stobie
Week 1
In PE classes we have continued our focus on Athletics. All students have made great improvement with the different Athletic Events. It was fantastic to have Athletics Coach Denis Huffer at our school for 3 weeks. Denis provided explicit coaching to all our Grade 3-6 students and helped prepare our students for their upcoming Athletics Carnival.
On Monday we will be having our Whole School Athletics Carnival. This will be held at the Sale Little Athletics Track. Our Grade 3-6 students will start their events at 9:30am and our Foundation and Grades 1/2 will start their events at 11:00am. There will be a coffee van onsite, so we encourage our St Mary’s families to come along and watch our students in action!
There will be NO sausage sizzle lunch, so can families please ensure their child has plenty of food and water for the day. Students are also encouraged to wear their house colours on the day.
