What is a GEM hero?

A GEM hero is when we display gratitude, empathy or mindfulness.

GRATITUDE- being thankful for what you have
EMPATHY- putting yourself in someone else’s shoes
MINDFULNESS - the ability to be ‘in the moment’

Each week a new GEM chat question or statement will be on the board.
This week’s question is,  What has made you happy today?
