Yesterday we had 3 teams competing in the Sale and District Hooptime competition in Sale. 

Students from the 3/4 pod - made up of an Allstar girls and boys teams and a mixed Future Stars team - competed in some basketball matches against other schools in our area. All teams did an amazing job and it was a pleasure to coach and watch them play. All the students represented our school with amazing sportsmanship, determination and resilience and we are very proud of their efforts. The boys team and the mixed team both made it to the semi-finals where they lost against some tough competition - the boys narrowly missing out on the grand final by 1 goal! The girls team managed to get through the day undefeated and win their grand final against a great Gippsland Grammar side. A big thanks to Gerard for helping out on the day and for all the parents who came along and supported and helped out with scoring.
